CACAO PEPPERMINT SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is a go-to recipe, it is highly nutritious and delicious,  rich in phosphorus, calcium and vitamins C, D, E and A which enhance the body's immunity against diseases.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond nuts
  • 1 zucchini
  • ½ cup shredded coconut 
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup soursop 

 

Instructions

Place the ingredients in the blender or food processor, and then pulse until combined and smooth. Serve in a glass and enjoy
