Grapefruit is a rich source of vitamin C that helps in collagen formation, which provides elasticity to the skin. Carrots are highly nutritious,  rich in vitamin A, a vitamin that helps in maintaining skin health, improves eye health, boosts immunity and can control blood sugar, which makes it a very good drink for diabetes patients. 



1 grapefruit

2 leaves spinach 

1 lime juice

1 mint

½ fennel

3 carrots

½ teaspoon cumin

½ - inch ginger, chopped 



  • Rinse the carrot, grapefruit and lime thoroughly 
  • Peel and deseed the grapefruit and lime.
  • Juice all the ingredients in a juicer
  • Collect your juice, add ice and serve
  • Use the remaining ingredients to make some muffin or mix in cakes.
