Avocado is full of omega 3 fatty acids and it's rich in potassium and vitamin E. Kale and Spinach are loaded with fibre and antioxidants that protect the body from toxins. The apple, acai, ginger, zucchini, seeds and nuts all work together to give you a rich drink full of nutrients.


  • 1 handful of spinach, fresh
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup acai
  • ½ of an avocado 
  • ½ cup kale leaves 
  • 1-inch ginger knob 
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon watermelon seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almond nuts



Add all ingredients to the blender and puree along with any plant-based milk. blend until desired consistency is reached.
