1 cup water
1 cup apple juice
½ cup pumpkin seeds, roasted
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoons dried apples
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 teaspoon dried dates
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- In a saucepan add the water, apple juice, pumpkin seeds, ginger and dried apples together and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Add oats, dates, and nutmeg In a separate bowl.
- Then, add oat mixture to the saucepan, cook and stir continuously to incorporate the mixture for 5 minutes or until done.
- Serve and enjoy!
