Watermelon apple juice is rich in fruits and vegetables which can help decrease the risk of stroke, cardiovascular disease and digestive problems. This juice is delicious, yummy and refreshing, a perfect drink on a hot sunny day.



¼  watermelon, unseeded and chopped

1 carrot, peeled and trimmed

¼ beet, peeled

1 medium celery stalk

½ a lemon 

1/2 inch wheatgrass

1 sprig of fresh mint

1 cup ice.


  • Rinse the vegetables and fruits thoroughly and chop them.
  • Scoop chunks of watermelon, carrot, beet, celery, lemon, wheatgrass and mint into the juicer.
  • Collect the juice in a jar and squeeze in some lemon juice for an extra flavour and sweetness.
  • Pour the juice into a cup filled with ice and enjoy immediately.
