WATERMELON WHEATGRASS SMOOTHIE

Watermelon wheatgrass smoothie contains considerable amounts of water that boosts digestion. It also contains fibre which promotes digestion as well and prevents constipation. The wheatgrass has antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties while watermelon is high in vitamins A and C that improves vision and boosts the immune system. 

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup acai
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 cup watermelon 
  • ½  cup wheatgrass organic powder
  • 1- inch ginger
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

 

Instructions

Place the ingredients in the blender or food processor, and then pulse until combined and smooth. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
