WILD RICE VEGETABLE SOUP

Servings: 2      Time: 50 minutes 

Ingredients

10 cherry tomatoes, diced

1 cube vegetable bouillon

2 cloves garlic, minced

½  cup uncooked wild rice

1 medium carrot, sliced

1 cucumber,  sliced

1 small shallot, sliced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Dash white pepper

5 cup water

 

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large pot then cover with a  lid and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 50 minutes or until wild rice and vegetables are tender.
  •  Add more water if needed to make a thick, hearty soup.
  • Then, serve and Enjoy your soup
